I have a busy lifestyle can I still do this?
Yes your programme will be tailored to you and your lifestyle with our aim being to make it effective and concise so that you’re using the time that you do have effectively.
Can I still do this if I live outside the UK?
Yes! Everything is delivered online so as long as you have access to the internet you will be good from anywhere!
I travel a lot is this going to work for me?
Yes of course, your programme is built around your needs so we will work with you to ensure that your program aligns with and elevates your current lifestyle.
Do I need to have previous gym experience?
Absolutely not, we work with women who are just starting out to women who have already been training for years. This is about you, your starting point and your goals so we will make sure your programme suits your level as you progress.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The minimum amount of time I work with clients is 16 weeks. This is because from experience this is the minimum amount of time that allows us to really break down mental barriers and work on building new habits as well as unlearning old ones. However, most clients love the journey and end up working with me for 4-6 months out of choice!
When can I start?
You will be welcomed onto the programme as soon as you pay. You’ll be sent a link to the app instantly, and your full plan will be delivered within 7 calendar days. But don’t worry your 16 weeks will only start once you have your programme!
