Hey I’m Gurleen and I’ll be your coach on Elevate!

In 2019 I got into bodybuilding and with the knowledge I’ve gained from qualifying as a Personal Trainer, training for a bikini bodybuilding competition, helping 100s of women achieve their fitness goals and over 10 years of personal and professional experience in the fitness industry I have a plethora of knowledge on how to lose weight in a healthy way, tone up and most importantly how to maintain the goals you achieve with us long term!

I started working out when I was in high-school and first took interest in the gym at around 12 years old after being diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and gaining a lot of sudden weight due to hormonal changes.

Over the years my passion for fitness grew and I knew that I wanted to help other women feel confident in their skin without having to make all the mistakes that I made over the past 10 years.

Unfortunately for all those years I did fall down the slippery slope of fad diets such as keto and intermittent fasting, I was doing so much HIIT but my weight just hovered around the same 2-3kg and I felt like my results just didn’t reflect the efforts I would put into the gym! It’s really frustrating to be in this position.

Luckily after many years on my own journey I am now in a much better position with my health, wellness and fitness routine and feel so grateful to share my knowledge and passion with women all around the world!
